According to data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in the second quarter of this year, there was an average of one traffic accident per 1.08 million kilometers driven under normal driving conditions in the United States. The above report shows that Tesla vehicles with Autopilot automatic driving assistance function on average travel 11.07 million kilometers and only have one traffic accident.
