According to public information, the ideal monthly delivery of 10000 vehicles takes 23 months (December 2019 November 2021), 20000 vehicles takes 13 months (November 2021 December 2022), 30000 vehicles takes 6 months (December 2022 June 2023), and 40000 vehicles only takes 4 months (June 2023 October 2023).
In addition, on September 27th of this year, Ideal Automobile completed its 500000 user delivery. Since its official delivery at the end of 2019, Ideal Automobile has become the first Chinese new power car company to achieve 500000 vehicle deliveries in 46 months. As of now, the Ideal L7 has won the championship in SUV sales of over 300000 yuan for six consecutive months. The Ideal car has only passed three models, surpassing the total SUV sales of any BBA brand in the Chinese market.
Liu Jie, Vice President of Ideal Automobile Business, told Xinhua Finance that the main reason for the success of Ideal L series products is to consider the three core points closely related to consumers: a sense of safety, value, and longing. A sense of security determines whether consumers will be discouraged, a sense of value determines whether they will purchase, and a sense of longing determines product reputation; These three aspects are ideal for creating products and understanding customers. Each layer must be done very solidly, and a product must achieve success and widespread user recognition in the market. These three layers must not have obvious shortcomings.
From the perspective of enterprises, the monthly delivery of over 40000 vehicles also marks a further improvement in organizational capabilities such as ideal production, manufacturing, sales, and service. Ideal Automobile has upgraded from a vertical functional organization to a matrix organization based on the company's development goals. Horizontal teams plan, repair, and operate roads, while vertical teams build, drive, and operate vehicles. High quality roads are paired with high-level fleets to continuously deliver the continuously created value to consumers, creating a virtuous cycle.
In the first quarter of this year, Ideal launched an upgrade of the entire business system organizational process, with a significant change being from the previous regional management approach to refined provincial management, with direct management from the province to the stores. As of October 31, 2023, Ideal Automobile has 372 retail centers nationwide, covering 133 cities; 315 after-sales repair centers and authorized sheet metal spray centers covering 210 cities.
