Oracle said that the bill signed by US President Biden in April this year to "require bytes to be stripped of TikTok" stipulates that if the owner of TikTok fails to take certain measures within the specified time, it will be considered illegal to provide TikTok with Internet hosting services. "If we cannot provide these services to TikTok and cannot redeploy relevant capabilities in a timely manner, our revenue and profits will be adversely affected".
