On May 21st, Beijing time, Microsoft announced that it will launch a new type of personal computer (PC) with artificial intelligence. The CEO of the company, Satya Nadella, believes that a new generation of personal computers (PCs) equipped with specific artificial intelligence (AI) chips with stronger performance will reignite the long-term competition between Windows PCs and Apple Macs.
Nadella said, "Apple has performed exceptionally well in multiple aspects, and we are now looking forward to a true confrontation between Windows and Mac."
It is reported that some of the performance advantages of Microsoft's computer come from its chips designed specifically for artificial intelligence tasks. Microsoft also stated that these computers, whether from the Surface series or other manufacturers, will be more powerful than Apple's top MacBook Air M3, with a speed increase of up to 58%.
