On the evening of November 13th, NIO announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Wen Yonggang has been appointed as the new independent director of the company's board of directors, effective from November 13th, 2023. Wen Yonggang is currently the President and Chair Professor of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore.
