Chen Liwu has notified the company on the 19th that he will resign from his position on the board of directors due to personal reasons, effective immediately. Chen Liwu previously served as the Executive Chairman and CEO of Cadence Design Systems Inc., an electronic design automation (EDA) software provider, and joined the Intel Board of Directors in September 2022.
