On November 22nd, Jiayin Jinke released its unaudited financial report for the third quarter of 2023, and announced that the company's brand name had been officially upgraded to "Jiayin Technology".
According to the financial report, Jiayin Technology facilitated a transaction amount of approximately 24.2 billion yuan in the third quarter, a year-on-year increase of 62.4%; Realized a revenue of approximately 1.466 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64.0%; Realized a net profit of approximately 324 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.6%.
In terms of asset quality, Jiayin Technology disclosed that as of September 30, the overdue rate for 61 to 90 days had slightly decreased, maintaining a stable level of 0.52%.
Jiayin Technology also disclosed its plan and related arrangements for the second dividend distribution this year in its financial report. For the outstanding ordinary shares, the company expects to pay a cash dividend of $0.10 per share, equivalent to $0.40 per ADS.
