The daily peak of online single volume on JD.com's Mi Song platform has reached a new high, and the penetration rate of Mi Song among JD users continues to increase month on month.
In August, Dada Express was renamed Dada Second Delivery. Driven by the continuous increase in merchant penetration rate, Dada Express maintained high-speed growth, achieving business revenue of 2.6 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 51%. Dada's total completed orders in the first half of the year reached 1.23 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15%, and its market share further expanded.
In the second quarter, with the launch of the "Instant Delivery Zone" on the core position of the JD App homepage, excluding the impact of business adjustments, the daily exposure users in the JD App field increased by over 70% year-on-year, and the exposure conversion rate continued to improve, driving a year-on-year growth of over 110% in the daily payment users. Excluding the impact of business adjustments, in the second quarter, the year-on-year growth rate of high-frequency users in the JD App market exceeded 110%, and it accelerated month by month. At the same time, for JD PLUS members, JD Miaosong has launched exclusive benefits such as PLUS membership prices. In June of this year, the daily average number of PLUS users who placed orders on JD.com increased by 40% compared to March.
In terms of store coverage, we will continue to expand and deeply cultivate all product categories to enhance supply coverage. Taking convenience stores as an example, as of now, JD.com has partnered with brands such as Meiyijia and Lawson, and Meiyijia has launched over 5000 stores. In terms of 3C digital, JD.com has partnered with top brands such as Pinsheng to increase the number of dynamic sales stores by more than 10000 compared to the previous period; In terms of user experience, continuously improve the fulfillment experience. In the second quarter, the average fulfillment time of instant delivery orders decreased by 15% year-on-year.
As of the end of the second quarter, the number of JD's instant delivery stores increased by nearly 70% year-on-year. In August, the service coverage of the "Quick Delivery Zone" has expanded from the first 39 cities to the whole country, providing more users with JD's "Good Things Enjoy" instant retail service.
