Stellantis Group announced yesterday that from November 1st, Gr é goire Olivier will serve as the general manager and executive vice president of the Stellantis Group Zero Run Technology Strategic Alliance Office, which is the newly established internal organization of Stellantis Group. Olivier will report to Carlos Tavares, Global CEO of Stellantis Group. At the same time, Olivier will also serve as a director of Zero Run Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zero Run Automobile").
Stellantis stated that Olivier will ensure the efficient promotion and execution of the strategic partnership between Stellantis Group and Zero Run Automobile, including the establishment of a sales joint venture between the two parties, as well as the coordination of Zero Run Automobile's use of Stellantis Group's global distribution channels and other projects.
Next, Douglas Ostermann will take over from Olivier as the Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis Group in China and report to Tang Weishi, the Global CEO of Stellantis Group. This appointment will take effect from November 1st. Douglas will also serve as a director of Zero Run Technology Co., Ltd. Prior to this appointment, Douglas held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Stellantis Group in China and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Chinese Market.
It is reported that Douglas has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Stellantis Group's operations and achieving performance growth in the fiercely competitive Chinese market. His personal business agility and resilience, as well as business negotiation skills, have been verified, and Douglas is ready to take on new business operation responsibilities.

Looking back, on October 26th this year, Stellantis Group and Zero Motor announced that Stellantis Group plans to invest approximately 1.5 billion euros to acquire approximately 20% equity in Zero Motor. At the same time, Stellantis Group and Zero Motor will establish a joint venture company called "Zero Motor International" in a ratio of 51:49. Except for the Greater China region, the joint venture company has the exclusive right to export and sell to all other markets worldwide, as well as the exclusive right to manufacture Zero Run automotive products locally.
It is understood that Stellantis Group will have 2 seats on the board of directors of Zero Runner Automobile, and Stellantis Group will appoint the CEO of the "Zero Runner International" joint venture company. It is expected that the joint venture company will start its export business in the second half of 2024.
