The personnel claimed that JD had received a lawyer's letter from the brand company Haishi, and Haishi complained that due to the price of a certain Haishi oven in JD's self operated store being lower than the price of Li Jiaqi's live broadcast room, they violated the "bottom price agreement" they signed with Li Jiaqi and demanded huge liquidated damages. The JD staff member stated that the product is a self operated product of JD, and its low price is due to JD providing subsidies from its own pocket.
This evening, both MeiONE and Haishi, the companies where Li Jiaqi works, responded to this matter and denied the "bottom price agreement" mentioned by the sales personnel.

Subsequently, the Red Star Capital Bureau consulted with the Haishi Oven staff regarding the details of the incident and the products involved. The other party stated that it is currently inconvenient to inform them of the situation.
Regarding the "floor price agreement" mentioned by the salesperson, MeiONE responded to the Red Star Capital Bureau that it had not signed the so-called "floor price agreement" and had never required the brand to choose between two options. The pricing power of the product has always been with the brand.
It is worth noting that this evening, Haishi also released a statement on its official WeChat account, stating that the Haishi brand has not signed any "bottom price agreement" with the channel referred to by the salesperson, which is purely false information. At the same time, Haishi stated that the loss of each oven sold at a lower price is borne by the Haishi brand, rather than being subsidized by the platform as claimed by JD's sales personnel.
Haishi stated in a statement that communication was unsuccessful and the Haishi brand can only use legal means to send a lawyer's letter to the platform. However, without further communication, JD.com unilaterally changed the product price to 50% off for sale, causing serious losses to the brand. All losses were borne by the brand, and even Haishi's personnel were removed from the communication group and blacklisted.

JD's self operated store related products are no longer available for purchase

The Red Star Capital Bureau has noticed that Li Jiaqi's official WeChat account has released a notice stating that Li Jiaqi's live broadcast room will be launched on the Haishi Oven C40 on October 26. Currently, only the product live broadcast notice has been released and no price information has been provided. The current discount price for this product on Tmall flagship store is 744 yuan, and the product poster shows that "the selling price for the promotion is not higher than 669 yuan". It is priced at 699 yuan on JD flagship store and 349.5 yuan on JD self operated store.
However, the Haishi oven C40 product priced at 349.5 yuan is no longer available for purchase in JD's self operated stores. Red Star Capital Bureau has changed multiple shipping addresses, and the product status shows "out of stock". The customer service explained to the Red Star Capital Bureau that "the displayed price is an incorrect price, not a brand behavior, and it is due to abnormal errors on the platform. The store does not support purchasing at the moment." Later, they sent purchase links to other stores.
