Not long ago, New Oriental also established New Oriental Wokaide (Fuzhou) Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd., with Mao Chengyi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3 million yuan. According to shareholder information, both companies are wholly-owned by Beijing New Oriental Wokaide International Education Travel Co., Ltd.
