From November 5th to 10th, the 6th China International Import Expo was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). The Durant Guild, a high-end imported car and lifestyle platform under General Motors, debuted with five iconic products and shared its product selection plan in the Chinese market.
General Motors has been participating in the CIIE since 2018 and established a new high-end import business last year based on positive feedback from past exhibitions. In 2023, Doug Lange selected the top models under General Motors and made a significant comeback to the Expo. Among them, the Chevrolet CORVITE E-Ray hybrid sports car and the Chevrolet SILVERADO EV Sorod full-size pure electric pickup truck have made their debut in China.
Relying on the CIIE platform, Daolange also announced its product launch plan and business progress. At the same time, seeking potential partners in the Chinese regional market, striving to expand the segmented market, accurately covering the target audience of imported cars, and helping General Motors explore new development opportunities in the high-quality development stage of the Chinese market.

As the first electrified product of the Chevrolet Corvette family, E-Ray innovatively integrates two independent drive systems, using a naturally aspirated V8 engine paired with a motor to achieve hybrid four-wheel drive, making it unique in the sports car category. It only takes about 2.5 seconds to accelerate to 100 kilometers, making it the fastest mass-produced model in the 70 year history of the CORVETTE.
The Chevrolet SILVERADO EV Solode full size pure electric pickup truck is the brand's first pure electric pickup truck. It is built on the General Motors Ultium Ultratronic platform and features a double-layer 24 module battery pack that is integrated into the underlying architecture, leading the industry in terms of range and performance. When the Wide Open Watts mode is turned on, its maximum power can reach 562 kW and peak torque exceeds 1064 Nm.
The Daolange booth also showcases three car models that have received widespread praise at previous CIIE. The GMC HUMMER Hummer pure electric pickup truck, which has returned to the Expo, is a new species of super pickup trucks born in the era of electrification. The Chevrolet TAHOE Taihao, representing the tough off-road style, and the luxurious and professional GMC YUKON Yukon will also return to the booth, showcasing the multifaceted characteristics of a full-size SUV.
