Recently, the pilot project of Love Recycling and Love Sorting Intelligent Recycling Machine in Cuiyuan Street, Xihu District has been successfully completed, achieving significant results. This pilot project is being carried out in a total of 8 communities and 24 residential areas, including Cuiyuan District 1 Community, Cuiyuan District 2 Community, and Tangmiao Community, with a total of 59 intelligent recycling machines deployed.
At 2pm, Ms. Hu, a resident, came down to the Love Recycling and Love Sorting intelligent recycling machine in the community with discarded plastic bottles and express packaging boxes from her home. After scanning the QR code on WeChat, the door of the recycling machine compartment automatically opens, and recyclable materials are put in. The intelligent system automatically measures the weight and distributes points to her account.
Ms. Hu is very optimistic about this recycling model. She said, "This machine can be delivered all day long, and various types of recyclable materials can be put together for delivery. Automatic weighing is also very convenient." Zhang Bosen, the person in charge of Love Recycling and Love Classification in Hangzhou, told reporters, "Currently, we adopt a paid recycling model in Hangzhou, where users can withdraw their change to WeChat after submitting a minimum of 5 yuan
Since the pilot work began, the daily average recycling capacity of these intelligent recycling machines has reached 1125kg, and the total recycling capacity since the pilot has reached 36.25 tons, fully demonstrating the efficiency and convenience of intelligent recycling machines in garbage classification and recycling work. Residents can easily put recyclable materials into recycling machines through simple operations, which not only facilitates daily life but also contributes to environmental protection.
Easy to use, full-time online, and with point rewards, residents are also very enthusiastic about submitting. When the recycling machine approaches the full warehouse state, the backend system will automatically dispatch orders to the most suitable cleaning personnel based on real-time operating status, vehicle positioning, and traffic conditions, and plan the optimal cleaning route to ensure that the recyclable materials in the recycling machine are cleared in a timely manner within half an hour of full warehouse. During transportation, the recyclable package also comes with a unique identification QR code, which is scanned and weighed every time it is loaded or unloaded, supporting the full traceability of recyclable materials from the source to the sales process. In addition, Love Recycling and Love Sorting utilize various intelligent methods to achieve full process data controllability, which can effectively manage the front-end collection, mid-range collection and disposal data of garbage classification, and quantify the classification results.
Zhang Bosen introduced that the Love Recycling and Love Sorting Recyclable Material Recycling and Disposal Project separates recyclable materials from household waste through the "paid recycling of recyclable materials" model, which can achieve a waste reduction of more than 30%, reduce the pressure of garbage collection and disposal, achieve resource recycling, and actively encourage and guide residents to actively participate in garbage classification, which is a "small matter of people's livelihood and a key event". In the future, Love Recycling and Love Classification will further expand the scope of intelligent recycling machines. By the end of this year, the number of machines expected to be deployed in Xihu District is expected to reach 500. This measure will further help improve the level of garbage classification in Xihu District and promote the development of garbage classification work to a deeper and wider scope.
