Don't get addicted to the "FED interest rate cut frenzy" yet! Wall Street guru: US stocks will still fluctuate before the election. Tom Lee, co-founder and research director of Fundstrat Global Advisors, a US investment firm, recently warned that although the Fed's significant interest rate cut on Wednesday is positive for the US stock market, caution should continue before the official election in November.
