Southern Finance and Economics, November 21 (Xinhua) - Merck announced today that the second phase of its China Biosafety Testing and Experimental Center project, which was built with a total investment of 29 million euros last year, has been successfully completed and officially put into use, adding an additional 1500 square meters to the first phase of last year's project.
