On November 13th, JD Jingzao announced data that the transaction volume of multiple core categories achieved rapid growth during November 11th, with JD Jingzao's nutrition and health products increasing by over 280% year-on-year; The year-on-year growth of maternal and infant products exceeded 200%; Fresh products increased by over 180% year-on-year; The total transaction volume of home textiles, luggage and leather goods, and traditional nourishing products has all increased by over 100% year-on-year.
Driven by live streaming sales, the total number of viewers in JD Jingzao's live streaming room during the November 11th period increased by 3.8 times year-on-year, the total number of transaction orders increased by 6.5 times year-on-year, and the total number of transaction users increased by 4 times year-on-year.
At the same time, JD Jingzao, in collaboration with JD Consumer and Industrial Development Research Institute, officially released the "11.11 Young People's Consumption Trend Observation" during the November 11 period, combining sales data from multiple categories such as home, outdoor, office, and food, to gain insights into the new consumption ideas of young people. Observation shows that while pursuing the practical value of products, young people also tend to pay for emotional value. Exquisiteness and relaxation have become new consumption trends pursued by contemporary young people, in order to achieve goals such as relaxed mood, healthy and pleasing oneself, and showcasing individuality. Among them, outdoor leisure methods such as camping and hiking are becoming increasingly popular among young people, and during the period of November 11th, outdoor sports also became one of the best-performing categories.
