The Paris Climate Agreement reached in 2015 requires countries to control the increase in global average temperature compared to before the Industrial Revolution within 2 degrees Celsius and try to control it within 1.5 degrees Celsius. Although last Friday was only a brief breakthrough, it does not mean that the world will be in a permanent warming state of over 2 degrees Celsius, but this is a symptom of the Earth becoming hotter and moving towards a long-term situation where the impact of the climate crisis will be irreversible.
