On November 28th, NIO announced that the company had recently received a notice that, in response to malicious rumors circulating on the internet related to NIO's capital market, public security organs in multiple places have conducted in-depth investigations and quickly identified and controlled multiple individuals involved in intentionally creating and spreading such rumors (including those involved in screenshots previously circulated on the internet). At present, the relevant personnel have been lawfully detained by the public security organs. NIO will continue to cooperate with the public security organs in investigating relevant cases and may initiate lawsuits against the infringing parties to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
