On July 1st local time, biopharmaceutical company Radionics announced the establishment of a strategic partnership with Lilly to promote Radionics' proprietary GPCR targeted small molecule radiopharmaceuticals. According to the terms of the agreement, Radionics received a prepayment of $140 million in cash. Lilly has obtained exclusive rights to acquire Radionics for $1 billion after the exercise period ends.
