Qualcomm is expected to adopt the N3E process in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, while MediaTek plans to use it for its next-generation Dimensity 9400 chip. Apple will continue to use TSMC's 3nm technology in the M3 Ultra chip and A18 Pro SoC of the iPhone 16 Pro. There are also AMD's highly anticipated Zen 5 CPU, RDNA 4 GPU, and Nvidia's Blackwell server GPU.
