Obtaining production qualifications is not an easy task

A source from a car manufacturer told reporters that for example, if a car company wants to build a factory in a certain location, it must first analyze the utilization rate of local new energy vehicle production capacity. If the utilization rate of production capacity is low, it will be difficult for the new car company to obtain approval. Is the high OEM cost in the past tense?

Previously, several new forces had obtained production qualifications through acquisitions, such as Ideal Automobile obtaining production qualifications for pure electric passenger vehicles (including extended range) through the acquisition of Beijing Hyundai Shunyi factory, and Zero Run Automobile acquiring Fujian Xinfuda Automobile to obtain production qualifications.
