The current President of Changan Ford, He Xiaoqing, will officially retire on June 1st this year. Prior to this, He Xiaoqing will assist in the smooth handover with Ai Xiaoming as a senior consultant.
According to data, before joining Ford China, Ai Xiaoming held multiple senior management positions, including Senior Director of Anmai Enterprise Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., CEO of Giant Tongli Elevator, and President and CEO of Whirlpool China.
Ford China stated that Ai Xiaoming's rich experience and professional knowledge in enterprise comprehensive management and operational transformation will help him lead the Changan Ford team to strengthen cooperation with partners, continuously improve product quality and capacity utilization, and accelerate Changan Ford's transformation towards electrification and intelligence.
