On the early morning of March 19th Beijing time, the NVIDIA GTC conference opened. At this conference, Nvidia launched dozens of enterprise level generative AI microservices, which can be used by enterprises to create and deploy customized applications on their own platforms, while retaining full ownership and control of intellectual property rights.
It is understood that these cloud native microservice directories are developed on Nvidia's CUDA platform and can be used for inference optimization of over 20 popular AI models in Nvidia and its partner ecosystems.
In addition, Nvidia has launched over twenty new microservices specifically for medical enterprises. The medical microservices suite includes optimized Nvidia AI models and workflows, and provides industry standard application programming interfaces (APIs) for creating and deploying cloud native applications. Compared to running on a CPU, Nvidia's microservices can increase the speed of mutation calls in genome analysis workflows by more than 50 times.
Nvidia claims that medical AI microservices can provide advanced medical imaging, natural language and speech recognition, as well as digital biology generation, prediction, and simulation functions.
