On February 10th, the first day of the first lunar month, the founder, chairman, and CEO of NIO issued an internal letter to all employees, sending holiday greetings to NIO employees who have been steadfast in their work during the Spring Festival.
"The Spring Festival holiday has already begun, but NIO has not closed. More than 10000 colleagues from nearly 50 different positions are still on duty, and everyone is working hard!" Li Bin revealed in the letter that during this Spring Festival, NIO employees from multiple sectors including energy operations, service operations, road services, stores, research and development, and manufacturing will stick to their posts, fully ensuring the travel and service of users during the holiday period.
Among them, employees of NIO Energy Operations, Service Operations, and Road Services have become the main force in ensuring energy supply and providing emergency services for users during the Spring Festival period. In over 480 stores across 48 regions of NIO, nearly 5000 salespeople are on duty to provide services to customers in stores. In addition, NIO stores also prepare activities such as New Year red envelopes, Chinese New Year family photos, Cowhouse reunion meals, and Chinese New Year movie watching to create a warm festive atmosphere for users.
Li Bin revealed in his letter that research and development work is still ongoing during the holiday period, and NIO's vehicle engineering department is still conducting vehicle testing in various regions to ensure that the new car is delivered on time and with good quality; Departments such as digital cockpit, autonomous driving, and digital systems are still promoting the maintenance, operation, and iterative upgrading of intelligent systems, and handling user feedback during holidays.
It is reported that "Spring Festival services do not close" has been a tradition of NIO for many years. On January 25th, NIO announced that the 2024 Spring Festival service guarantee work will once again introduce the "free service fee for highway battery swapping" policy in addition to special services such as Daofu Supply Station and accompanying you home. From February 8th to February 18th, 2024, NIO users (including those without battery swapping rights) can enjoy a free service fee policy at 774 highway swapping stations in 11 major urban clusters across the country, including 7 vertical, 6 horizontal cities.
