Anhui Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Anhui Energy Group), Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Anhui Transportation Control Group), and NIO Holding Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei today to jointly promote the construction of an open and shared storage, charging, and swapping system. On the same day, Zhongan Energy (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (Zhongan Energy) was officially established. According to the agreement, Anhui Energy Group, Anhui Provincial Traffic Control Group, and NIO support Zhongan Energy to invest in the construction of 1000 integrated battery swapping stations, jointly promoting the open and shared layout of new energy vehicle battery swapping networks, and further promoting the openness and interoperability of battery swapping networks.
