At 21:45, Red Star Capital attempted to place an order on the Taobao platform and it was shown that the payment could be made normally.
For the reason of Taobao's white screen, the Red Star Capital Bureau has repeatedly dialed customer service calls, but has been waiting for answers and has not been connected as of the time of submission. As of press release, no valid response has been received from Taobao.
This year is the 15th Double Eleven, and the competition faced by Taobao and Tmall is particularly fierce. On e-commerce platforms, JD.com has called out the slogan of low prices, mainly promoting live streaming of procurement and sales, claiming that "no pit fees, no commission for influencers"; Pinduoduo continues its "Daily Double 11"; Tiktok focuses on the official reduction.
