According to the official WeChat account of BioMap, on the morning of November 6th, the signing ceremony for strategic cooperation between BioMap and Sanofi was held at the 6th China International Import Expo held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. Previously, Biotech and Sanofi announced a groundbreaking strategic partnership to jointly develop a model for the discovery of biological therapy drugs based on Biotech's life sciences model. As part of the agreement, Biotech will receive a prepayment of $10 million in cash from Sanofi, as well as multiple recent model development, milestone payments, and other returns, with a total transaction amount exceeding $1 billion.
