Nestle France is being sued for the pizza contamination scandal. The Nestle Buettoni pizza contamination scandal has entered a new judicial stage, and Nestle France and one of its subsidiaries were sued by a French court this week. Nestle stated in a statement on July 5th that these pizzas were contaminated with E. coli, suspected of causing dozens of children to fall ill and resulting in two deaths in 2022.
