On June 3, Pan China Holding Group and Baidu AI Cloud held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony (as shown in the figure, provided by Pan China Holding), which will jointly create an AI insurance sales assistant "Duxiaobao" with expert service capabilities, promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the insurance industry, and provide more intelligent and convenient insurance sales experience for insurance agents.
According to the cooperation agreement, Pan China and Baidu AI Cloud will gather strength to jointly build and operate "expert" AI insurance sales assistant "Duxiaobao". Pan China will provide resources such as servers, insurance knowledge data, production and research teams, expert teams, etc., while Baidu will provide technical support such as large model sessions, tuning, financial model middleware, etc. It will iterate and upgrade traditional marketing support tools in language processing, emotional expression, logical reasoning, etc., so that insurance agents can better respond to market changes and customer needs, improve sales efficiency and service quality.
It is reported that the "Du Xiaobao" project will undergo internal testing for seed users in June and officially launch version 1.0 in July. This version uses intelligent dialogue as a carrier to provide insurance sales personnel with insurance service support that integrates insurance knowledge Q&A, product consultation, professional improvement, marketing promotion, and intelligent customer management, aiming to create online personal assistants for each insurance sales personnel through artificial intelligence technologies such as big models.
