It is reported that TSMC will carry out Phase III project in Phoenix. The first plant area is expected to start mass production in the first half of 2025, directly introducing a 4-nanometer process. The second plant is expected to start mass production in 2027 and 2028, using 3-nanometer and 2-nanometer technologies. The third plant is expected to start production before 2030, using 2-nanometer or more advanced process technologies.
