Recently, the Innovation and Development Conference of Nanjing Xingong Group was held in Nanjing. This conference is hosted by Xingong Group and Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone in Nanjing. With the theme of "Developing New Quality Productivity and Embarking on New Industry and New Future", more than 100 industry experts and representatives of technology enterprises are invited to discuss digital transformation and work together for common development.
At the meeting, the consulting solution team of the Jiama Business Unit of Financial OneConnect tailored the core concept of "Digital New Engine, Industrial New Vitality" for the digital transformation of Xingong Group, which was widely recognized. The construction project of the data governance system and master data platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") serves as the foundation for the digital transformation work from planning to implementation. It is an important measure for the New Industry Group to actively implement the requirements of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to accelerate the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises, deeply integrate into the overall layout of the "Digital Nanjing" of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Government, and comprehensively implement the "Digital New Industry" strategy and promote the deep integration of "digital reality". This project is of great significance for Xingong Group to deeply explore the value of data, form data assets, empower the group's business optimization, and improve the digital level of management. It has been included in the Xingong Group Innovation Incentive Fund project.
This project integrates the construction of a data governance system and the implementation of a master data platform. On the one hand, it aims to build a systematic and comprehensive data governance system, fully sort out the current data status of New Industry Group, clarify the planning of data governance strategies, and construct a data governance system with New Industry characteristics; On the other hand, taking master data management as the starting point, priority is given to improving the consistency, accuracy, and credibility of the core data of Xingong Group, and a data channel and data standard that connects the upper and lower levels has been formed in the group's control data domain.
This project also takes park data as the starting point to explore the implementation path from data governance to data asset inclusion in the table, and has identified four scenarios for park data asset inclusion in the table. It has played a positive role in promoting the first data asset inclusion project of Xingong Group.
