The International Monetary Fund (IMF) released its latest World Economic Outlook Report on October 10. According to the report, the global economy continues to slowly recover and show resilience from negative factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine crisis, but global economic growth is still slow and uneven, and the trend of differentiation among countries is widening. The report expects global growth to slow from 3.5 percent in 2022 to 3 percent in 2023 and 2.9 percent in 2024, a 0.1 percentage point cut from the July forecast.
