1122 car owners jointly sought out Xiaopeng Automobile's rights protection response, stating that the solution will be announced today. Recently, a rights protection letter from Xiaopeng P5 car owners has spread online. The letter describes that Xiaopeng Motors' previously promised CNGP (City Navigation Assisted Driving) function did not land as scheduled, nor did it support the next generation Xiaopeng intelligent cockpit system XOS Tianji. In addition, there are multiple functions that differ from the promotion. P5 car owners have communicated and complained from multiple sources without success, believing that the old car owner has been abandoned by Xiaopeng Automobile. In this context, Xiaopeng P5 car owners formed a rights protection group and jointly wrote a letter to He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of Xiaopeng Automobile. The number of co owners increased from 256 on October 29 to 1122 on November 2. In the joint letter, 11 major issues were raised that have not been addressed. The car owners hope that the official personnel of Xiaopeng Automobile can contact the car owners or provide reasonable explanations and solutions through announcements.
